Since 2010, C N Raju has serving as the managing partner of BCI. He has been working in the copper sulfate industry for over 40 years. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a supervisor at a prominent copper sulfate company in Kerala. That was the turning moment in his life; from there, he learned all about manufacturing technology and management strategies also, he became aware of farmers' concerns and planned to provide high-quality copper at a low cost. Followed by, In 2010 a new partnership company was established in Hassan, Karnataka. Initially, the company operated out of a rented space. His strong determination and leadership quality took the company to acquire assets, transportation facilities, and expand its employees. The annual income increased from lakhs to crores over this time period. Now BCI is one of the leading copper sulfate manufacturers in India.

Mr. P. S. Biju is a member of the BCI family. Since 2010, he has serving as the executive partner of BCI He is one of BCI's most important decision-makers and he is controlling the marketing and distribution wing. Every year, his marketing plan brings in a large number of clients, raising the company's profile. He has four decades of experience in copper sulfate production, marketing, and distribution. BCI gained a good position in the industry during this span, as a result of his time-dependent integration of production and distribution.
